If you are a reseller/distributor you MUST disclose the manufacturer of the Tubes. 3. You MUST state delivery ARO of all HARDWARE. 4. If you are a reseller/distributor you MUST disclose the manufacturer of the Country of origin of ALL ITEMS listed. You must disclose WHO the contractor is that manufactures/produces tube housings and cases. 5. If you are a reseller/distributor you MUST disclose the manufacturer of the Country of origin of ALL ITEMS listed. You must disclose WHERE the contractor is that manufactures/produces tube housings and cases. 6. If you are a reseller/distributor you MUST provide certification that Night Vision Tubes are NOT Russian made. 7. For numbers 4-6 above, you MUST reference the case number on your formal solicitations.
