- This notice is for informational purposes only. This notice advises that the 377th Contracting Squadron, Kirtland AFB, NM intends to award a sole source purchase order to Siemens Government Services Inc., 1881 Campus Commons Dr. Reston, VA 20191-1519 for Annual Maintenance/Warranty of the Command Post system under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). A determination not to compete this proposal procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS. Anticipated award date is 26 May 2010, NAICS Code is 811212 and size standards are $25.0 Million Dollars. The justification for other than full and open competition will be posted after award.
