- Description
- The Marine Corps Systems Command intends to negotiate and award a follow-on contract, on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, to Raytheon Company, 2501 West University Drive, McKinney, TX 75071. The Government has a need for the continued procurement of PCU and NFM upgrades for the USMC M1A1 Main Battle Tank. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No formal solicitation package is available. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in responding to this notice. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to meet the requirements, with past performance data, no later than 4:00pm local time on June 3, 2010. All documents should be submitted to Stasia Baker, Contract Specialist, Marine Corps Systems Command at stasia.baker@usmc.mil. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open basis is solely within the discretion of the Government. No telephone calls will be accepted.
