- United States Government Seeks Leased Office Space in Norfolk, Virginia The United States Government seeks to lease a maximum of 1,520 ANSI/ BOMA Office Area square feet of office and related space in Norfolk, Virginia. The delineated area is the Central Business District of Norfolk, Virginia, which is bounded as follows: Staring at the intersection of East Brambleton Avenue and St. Pauls Boulevard, follow St. Pauls Boulevard to the north to Virginia Beach Boulevard. Follow Virginia Beach Boulevard to the west as it turns into Duke Street. Follow Duke Street to the south to Grace Street. Follow Grace Street to the west to the Elizabeth River. Follow the Elizabeth River to the south and east to Interstate 264. Follow Interstand 264 to the north across Berkley Bridge and to Berkley Bridge Access Road. Follow Berkley Bridge Access Road to the north to Fenchurch Street. Follow Fenchurch Street to the north to Wood Street. Follow Wood Street to the west to Posey Lane. Follow Posey Lane to the north to East Brambleton Avenue. Follow East Brambleton Avenue to the west to St. Pauls Boulevard. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. The space must meet requirements for handicapped access in accordance with Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS), must meet all applicable fire and life safety codes, and must be fully serviced by the lessor.
