- ***CORRECTION NOTICE****NAICS CODE CHANGED, SOLICIATION DATES CHANGED**** New Mexico Veterans Affairs Health Care Systems (NMVAHCS) Albuquerque, New Mexico, in accordance with FAR Part 12 "Acquisition of Commercial Items" and FAR part 15, "Contracting by Negotiation" and under the authority of 38 U.S.C. 8153, anticipates soliciting for an Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for two (2) Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) to be located in Las Vegas, New Mexico and Espanola, New Mexico. The successful contractor shall provide all necessary labor, material, equipment, facilities (including Lab and X-ray), supplies, emergency-fill pharmaceutical prescriptions, and administrative functions to fulfill the level of care and range of services necessary to meet the primary medical needs of enrolled/assigned patients. The awarded contractor shall be responsible for the administration and management of all aspects of this agreement including responsibility for all employees, agents, subcontractors and any other entity acting for or on behalf of the contractor. The North American Industry Classification System Code for this solicitation is 621498. The term of the contract is DATE OF AWARD through AUGUST 31, 2011, with four one-year options. Solicitations will be available on or about MAY 19, 2010. Receipt of Offers will be on or about JULY 7, 2010. The date is not firm and may change due to events out of our control. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for proposals. The Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation as a result of this notice. No other information is available until issuance of the solicitation. NO proposers list is maintained.
