------------------------------------------------------------------------ --- SYNOPSIS/PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE --- ------------------------------------------------------------------------ TITLE: RECOVERY, MISSOURI BSCH FLOOD PLAIN EASEMENT CONSTRUCTION/RESTORATION SOLICITATION NUMBER: AG-6424-S-10-0009 GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Construction project for restoration of one (1) Emergency Watershed Protection Program (EWPP)-Flood Plain Easement (FPE) wetland site in North East Missouri, Pike County, MO *This Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Government-wide Point of Entry (GPE) posting is a Synopsis of Proposed Contract Action. It is being released as a Pre-Solicitation notice so interested parties can plan accordingly. The Government shall release a written Solicitation (IFB) as set forth by the estimated contract milestones detailed below that will contain all relevant requirements documents such as: Project Plans, Construction and Material Specifications, Storm Water Prevention Pollution Plans, Drawings, Major Items of Work and the Bid Schedule. This Synopsis does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ) or Invitation for Bid (IFB), nor does it restrict the Government to a final acquisition approach. Interested parties are encouraged to return to this website periodically during the upcoming months because the Government will utilize this GPE posting to upload acquisition information related to this project as it becomes available. **Also, in addition to releasing further details regarding this procurement at www.fbo.gov, interested parties are highly encouraged to visit the MO NRCS Contracting Opportunities website at http://www.mo.nrcs.usda.gov/technical/contracts.html for additional acquisition information.
