- RECOVERY THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THE NASA DRYDENFLIGHT RESEARCH CENTER (DFRC) HAS BEEN AUTHORIZED UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY ANDREINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009 TO ISSUE A TASK ORDER TO DEVELOPMENT ONE, INC. UNDER CONTRACTNND05AC27B FOR ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES. NASA DFRC is issuing Task Order NND10AG24T titled: Design of Remodel B703 for ConferenceRoom and Multi Purpose Science Lab. Contractor is to provide architectural andengineering services to prepare and furnish a complete construction package (designanalysis report, drawings, engineering calculations, construction drawings, constructionspecifications and a cost estimates) for the design of (1) Multi-Purpose ScienceLaboratory, (2) Conference Room and (3) Kitchen and Storage Areas This task order is wholly funded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA)of 2009 and as such is subject to all requirements imposed by the legislation. Theserequirements are mandatory and are subject to monitoring and auditing by the Governmentthroughout the contract performance period. A contract modification has been issued toadd American Recovery and Reinvestment ActReporting Requirements to the contract. The Architectural and Engineering (A&E) Contract NND05AC27B was awarded on a competitivebasis. This contract is the primary vehicle by which the NASA DFRC obtains architecturaland engineering services.
