- The National Park Service is offering for lease residential Historic Quarters 7W (Quarters) a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath unit at Fort Mason, Golden Gate National Recreation Area (GGNRA) San Francisco, California. A one, two or three year lease at fair market value is being offered by sealed bid pursuant to the procedures set forth in 36 CFR Section 18.7. Minimum rent for the Quarters is $4,500 and a deposit in the form of a cashiers check in the amount of $1,500 is due with the bid. Bids must be submitted on the HSM Bid Form and pursuant to the instructions set-forth therein. Submit bids to HSM Management, 600 Haight St., ATTN: Chris Baillio, San Francisco, CA 94117. All intressted bidders should note that the bid due date is Thursday, June 17th by 4pm. A copy of the HSM Bid Form can be obtained by calling (415) 431-7655 or by E-mail to cbaillio@hsmsf.com. Upon review of the bids, the highest bidders will be notified within three-(3) days after receipt of the bids and will be required to immediately post thereafter the rent amount, security deposit and sign the lease.
