- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): Silver Spur Construction Company, W912BV-09-D-1002, TO 0002, Performance Oriented Construction Activity As part of Operations and Maintenance, Army, Recovery Act, modification has been issued to Silver Spur Construction Company, to perform the following work--Exercise Options at Hulah and Skiatook as follows: The contractor shall furnish all services, materials, supplies, labor, equipment, superintendence, and all other services as required to complete the work defined in the exercise of Hulah Option No. 1 (100 feet of Additional Stripping and Stone Protection), and Skiatook Options No. 1 (Additional Full Depth Pavement Patch and Double Bit Surface Treatment in the Campsite Loops), No. 2 (Concrete Slab and Drainage RCP in the Trailer Sanitary Station), and No. 3 (Partial Depth Pavement Patch and Double Bit Surface Treatment on the PUA Entrance Road). All work shall be completed as defined in the original Task Order Scope of Work.
