Description: RFP Solicitation Package #10RT0115 DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to maintain continuous and safe operations of boiler controls located at Joint Base, New Jersey. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: the preventative maintenance / repair of thirteen (13) boiler controls, the reset of five (5) boiler burner assemblies, and the testing of thirteen (13) boiler stacks' emissions with (IAW) all local, state, federal laws / regulations and applicable American Society of Mechanical Engineers / American National Standards Institute (ASME / ANSI) codes in a manner that shall insure safe continuous environmentally acceptable operation. The Contractor shall maintain records of any preventative maintenance, repairs, resets, and emission testing.
