THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER: W911SA-09-D-0017, Mathy Construction, INC This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because this is a task/delivery order where an exception to fair opportunity requirements was approved as this is a follow-on order to a competitive initial order (FAR 8.405-6(b)(2) or 16.505(b)(2)(iii). Project Repair Asphalt Roads: Provide all parts, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and supervision necssary to repair West 12th from culvert to B2545 at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin in accordance with the scope of work, scoping agreement, and contract documents.
