VA-241-RA-0333 PROJECT 631-10-004 STEAM TUNNEL STEAM LINE REPAIR NAICS: 221330 $12.5 SET-ASIDE: SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES LOCATION: VAMC, 421 N. MAIN ST., LEEDS, MA 01053 The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a contract to a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business in accordance with the Public Law 109-461, Veterans Benefits, Healthcare and Information Technology Act of 2006. Contractor must be registered in the Vetbiz database and in the Central Contractor Registration to be eligible for award. VAAR 836.204 Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects: Between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000 Both performance and payment bonds will be required. Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of portions of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for Steam Line Asbestos Abatement, Removal, and Replacement VAMC Northampton, MA, VA Project No. 631-10-004 as required by drawings and specifications.
