Potential Bidders are still required to submit any questions through ProjNet IAW 52.214-4006. The purpose of this Teleconference is to ensure that the Government's requirements are clear to the potential bidders and allow feedback from those potential bidders with regards to timing, capabilities and how they can best satisfy the Government's requirements.
