- Asbestos Abatement Services, Inc. provided an Evaluation Report on the Natchez Dormitory, the bath house and pump house and that assesment is attached herein. A time line was established at the Walk-Through meeting held on Thursday May 13, 2010 and is as follows: May 18, 2010 4:00 PM Eastern time - All pertinent questions must be submitted by email to this address rdionne@del-jen.com or dshort@del-jen.com May 19, 2010 - An addendum will be added with possible changes and additional information to the scope of work from the engineer. May 21, 2010, by 4:00 PM - all questions will be answered by PB Dewberry, Engineering Contractor to the Dept of Labor and emailed to all contractors who attended the walk-through. June 1, 2010, noon Eastern time - all bids must be in. An additional attachment has been added on this solicitation containing the asbestos reports.
