- FCI FAIRTON QTR KOSHER SUBSISTENCE FCI FAIRTON KOSHER SOW The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correction Institution, Fairton, New Jersey, intends to issue solicitation RFQP02041000030 for the requirement of QUARTERLY SUBSISTENCE-KOSHER. This is 100% small businsess set aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 424470 which contains a size standard of number of employees not to exceed 100 employees. Offers will be FOB destination with delivery being between july 01, 2010 thru July 16, 2010. Anything shipped prior or after will be returned at vendors expense. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution, 655 Fairton-Millville Road, Fairton, New Jersy 08320, in accordance with the delivery schedule contained in the solcitation. The contract type will be a firm and fixed price. The Government will award to the reponsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Past Performance and price will be considered. The soliciitation will be made available on or about May14, 2010 and will be posted to the General Services Opportunities website 1. www.fbo.gov. hard copies of this solicitation will not be made available. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments will also be distributed soley through this site. Intrested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up to-date information about this acquisition. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is June 07, 2010.
