- Description
- The 375th Contracting Office at Scott AFB IL intends to solicit and negotiate with Syntrak International for the purchase of continuing PDP Training certifications and surveys under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A). This is a requirement for the acquisition of the Professional DynaMetric Program (PDP), a behavioral statistical assessment, based on the requirements of the Comprehensive Airmen Fitness (CAF) program. Syntrak is the only PDP-authorized distributor for the US Air Force. This is an integrated management software system that utilizes statistically-based assessment instruments designed for career pathing, coaching, and improving communication among team members. Services include the training and certification of mentors, supply surveys, team reports, and workbooks. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement or submit proposals. This special notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any proposals received within 5 days after date of publication of this special notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this special notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
