Description

The Bay Pines VA Healthcare System anticipates the award of a firm-fixed-price contract. Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for ___Project 561-345, Design/Build Parking Garage____ at Bay Pines VAHCS, Bay Pines, Fl. THIS ACQUISITION IS SET-ASIDE 100% TO ELIGIBLE SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS FIRMS (SDVOSB). An organized pre-proposal site visit will be conducted, Time and Date to be determined. All information for this solicitation will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web site at www.fbo.gov. No hardcopies will be available. Period of performance is 480 calendar days. The applicable North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code for this procurement is 236220 and the business size standard is $33.5 Million.
