- The purpose of this announcement is to publicize the Abstract of Offers and the low responsible bidder whose bid, conformed to Invitation For Bid /Solicitation number N40085-10-B-0008. Bids were opened for solicitation N40085-10-B-0008 at 2:00p.m. on April 6, 2010. The low responsible bidder is: Reese Goel JV3027 Hubbard RoadLandover, MD 20785 Award will be made in the amount of $844,438.00. The project will consist of approximately 1000 SF of building construction and the complete demolition of 19 buildings and structures at Naval Air Station Oceana and Dam Neck Annex. Work shall include the complete demolition of structures including foundations to a minimum of 3'-0" below grade or as indicated on the drawings, control and proper disposal of all demolition and construction generated waste, proper terminations of associated utility systems including water, sanitary sewer, high voltage electrical and communication services. The contractor shall be responsible for coordination of utility disconnections and repairs with NAVFAC- MIDLANT Utilities department, NMCI, NCTAMSLANT, COX Communications and other utility system operators as indicated by the Contracting Officer.
