- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included with or attached to this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-41 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Small Business. The Marine Corps Logistics Command (MCLC) Albany, Georgia intends to solicit and award a Firm Fixed Price contract for this requirement. The supplies will be solicited and awarded as commercial items in accordance with procedures prescribed in FAR Parts 12 and 13.5. The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code 326299 All Other Rubber Product Manufacturing applies; Size Standard 500 employees. The government reserves the right to make one, multiple or no award resulting from this solicitation. Notes: 1.This requirement has a First, Second, Third & Fourth Sample Kit inspection requirement. Each Sample Kit must be approved prior to exercising the option to produce additional kits. 2. Each CLIN has a desired delivery schedule or production quantity goal. 3. The options listed in the following CLINs/ Sub-CLINs may or may not be exercised. The decision is solely at the Government's descretion and is dependant upon the health of the supported program and funding availability. CLIN 0001: Bridge Erection Boat (BEB) Cradle Retrofit Kit, P/N: 2010E8008, 68 Kits fabricated & delivered in accordance with proposed delivery schedule. Sub-CLIN 1001: BEB Cradle Retrofit Kit, P/N: 2010E8008, (1 Kit) Design Phase Kit, delivered no more than ten (10) calendar days after award. Sub-CLIN 2001: OPTION 1 - BEB Cradle Retrofit Kit, P/N: 2010E8008, Prototype Phase (most current revision provided), (1 Kit), delivered no more than five (5) calendar days after approval of Design Phase Kit (Sub-Clin 1001) Sub-CLIN 3001: OPTION 2 - BEB Cradle Retrofit Kit, P/N: 2010E8008, Validation Phase (most current revision provided), (1 Kit), delivered no more than five (5) calendar days after approval of Prototype Phase kit (Sub-Clin 2001) Sub-CLIN 4001: OPTION 3 - BEB Cradle Retrofit Kit, P/N: 2010E8008, Proof of Principle Phase (most current revision provided), (1 Kit), delivered no more than five (5) calendar days after approval of Validation Phase kit (Sub-Clin 3001) Sub-CLIN 5001: OPTION 4 - BEB Cradle Retrofit Kit, P/N: 2010E8008 (most current revision provided), (64 Kits), Production Quantity, Sixteen (16) kits delivered Seven (7) calendar days after receipt of approval to proceed, and sixteen (16) kits every seven (7) calendar days thereafter until completion.
