- The Bureau of Indian Education intends to award sole source procurement to Three Rivers Systems, Inc. It has been determined that the Three Rivers Systems, Inc. has the ability to provide immediate training for employees on the CAMS Enterprise System in the timeframe required, with the propriety knowledge and expertise on CAMS. Furthermore, CAMS was recently updated campus-wide and the latest version is now being utilized. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quote. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Questions may be directed via email jbegay@haskell.edu..
