- RECOVERY – THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS ONLY MADE AVAILABLE TO INFORELIANCE CORPORATION FOR REASONS DESCRIBED BELOW. In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA), Pub.L. 111-5, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) posts this notice of issuance of Modification 0024 to an existing delivery order. Delivery Order 0001 was issued against a Blanket Purchase Agreement (TIRNO-05-Z-0001) that was competed using fair opportunity provisions outlined in FAR Part 16. Delivery Order 0001 was awarded to InfoReliance Corp., a small business at the time of award. Modification 0024 was executed as a fixed price action. Modification 0024 was executed to procure Microsoft Premier Support that was required to conduct a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of an outage that corrupted a Health Care Tax Credit (HCTC) content database effecting the HCTC Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) implementation. Microsoft Premier Support was one of the contract line items included in the competitively awarded Blanket Purchase Agreement described in the preceding paragraph.
