- BPA for FSC (Federal Stock Class) 5180 Tool Kits, 49 Items (NSNs, National Stock Numbers) BPA Solicitation 6FLS-K6-106760-I (Blanket Purchase Agreement)is for a variety of 5180 FSC (Federal Stock Class) Tool Kits. This BPA Solicitation is issued on May 14, 2010 and closes COB on June 30, 2010. The BPA will be for a 5 year period beginning on 9/1/2010 or date of award through 8/31/2015. It includes 49 NSNs (National Stock Numbers) for the SOP (Special Order Program). See IPDs (item purchase descriptions) for individual NSN requirements. The NSN are IAW (in accordance with) various technical descriptions that include CIDs (commercial item descriptions) and brand name or equal. There are both Set-Aside and unrestricted items. These are listed on page 5, #19 and #20, and are also on the 3 page quote sheets, page 8, 9 and 10. When submitting quotes, if you are quoting on both set-aside and unrestricted items, please submit 2 full sets of your offer. See page 190 (52.211-6) for the Items with Brand Name or Equal. When submitting offers on these items, annotate what is being offered for the item. Please place your offer/offers on the offer schedule/3 page quote sheet that precedes the IPDs, pages 6, 7 and 8. Offers are accepted via email, fax or mail. Interested parties are responsible for downloading the BPA.
