- The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to award, on a sole source basis, an add on of new work to a contract already in place with the National Academy of Sciences. The add on will extend the current study, build off of the workshop results, and provide more comprehensive analysis of workforce issues in order to determine the status and viability of academic and other education programs focused on GEOINT sciences to NGA's R&D Directorate. NGA serves a mission to provide timely, relevant and accurate Geospatial Intelligence to support national security.
