- In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (the 'Act'), Public Law 111-5, this notice is provided for INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The Department of the Interior, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), intends to issue a task order under established Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity contract number G10PC00072 awarded to American Environmental Corporation. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE INCUMBENT CONTRACTOR(S). The original award was made on a competitive basis.This is a modification to task order #G10PD01129 issued against aforementioned contract. The purpose of this modification is to add 2 well location sites, an increase of $400, to ATN ER0057 and to deobligate $6,600 from the original $30,800.00 obligated, due to 30 out of 46 wells being abandoned. The new total cost for this task order is $24,200.00 for locating and abandoning multiple groundwater wells. Period of Performance is March 26, 2010 through September 30, 2011 and Place of Performance is located at multiple sites in the state of Indiana. Full or partial funding for requirements to be completed by the contractor will utilize funds provided by the Act. Inclusion of unique provisions required to implement the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements, is required. (ATN #: ER0057)
