- SOW/Bid Package attached The Carl D. Perkins Job Corps Center is soliciting proposals for the replacement of the main building roof (Building 1). The roof is approximately 67,000 square feet. Proposal packages may be obtained by contacting Tracy Reichenbach, Center Buyer via email (preferred) at Reichenbach.Tracy@jobcorps.org or by phone at (606) 886-1037 ext. 103. There will be a Pre-Bid Meeting/Walk-Through held on Wednesday, June 2, 2010 at 10:00 am. While the pre-bid meeting is not mandatory, it is recommended to become familiar with the site and project requirements. Due date for all proposals will be June 14, 2010 at 4:30 pm EST. Carl D. Perkins Job Corps Center is operated on behalf of the United States Department of Labor by Horizons Youth Services. This project is funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
