- This synopsis is amended as follows: Quantity: The Government seeks a long term contract consisting of a 3 year open ordering period. The BEQ, minimums, and maximums, are: Best Estimated Quantity (for the entire contract period): 41 EA Minimum Quantity (to be ordered against the contract without obligation of placing additional orders): 25 EA Maximum Quantity (cumulative quantities for all orders against the contract, cannot be exceeded): 62 EA Minimum Delivery Order Quantity (the minimum amount to be placed on an individual order - contractor concurrence required for lesser quantity): 4 EA Maximum Delivery Order Quantity (the maximum amount to be placed on an individual order - contractor concurrence required for greater quantity): 25 EA This item is NOT Export Controlled Surplus is not authorized.
