- Solicitation Number: VA-101-10-RP-0065 Notice Type: Presolicitation Synopsis: The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Human Resources and Administration (HR&A), VA Central Office (VACO) intends to issue a solicitation for Contract Oversight and Integration Management (COIM) program management services in support of the VA's Human Capital Improvement Program (HCIP). The purpose of this effort is to provide the VA with program management services to oversee the progress and ensure the smooth interoperation and integration of VA HCIP initiatives. A single award of a Firm Fixed-Price contract is anticipated and award will be made to the offeror who provides a proposal that best meets the Governments requirement. All requirements, evaluation criteria, basis for contract award and proposal due date will be provided as part of the solicitation. The anticipated period of performance is a one-year engagement from the time of award. This procurement is set-aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business concerns only; under NAICS Code 541611 and who meet the small business size standard of $7 Million. Pursuant to Public Law 109-461 VA is limiting the distribution of this solicitation. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov.
