Contracting Office: Department of Homeland Security, Office of the Chief Procurement Officer, Office of Procurement Operations, Washington, DC. 20528 THIS IS AN AMENDMENT TO THE SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE POSTED ON APRIL 12, 2010. The purpose of this posting is to provide an update on events currently underway on the Information Sharing & Collaboration (IS&C) solicitation HSHQDC-10-R-00050. At this time, the Department of Homeland Security would like to thank those of you who responded to the Sources Sought Notice posted in April 2010. We have attached the List of companies who submitted a reply. Please note there will be an Industry Day held on June 11, 2010. The Government intends to post an announcement with the details of the Conference in the solicitation. The Solicitation will be released on/about June 1, 2010. The anticipated contract award date for IS&C is the 4th Quarter, fiscal year 2010. Please continue to monitor FBO for future IS&C status updates. This notice is not to be construed as an acquisition Request For Proposal (RFP), nor is any commitment on the part of the Government to award a contract implied, nor does the Government intend to pay for any information submitted as a result of this request. The Government shall not reimburse respondents for any cost associated with submission of the information being requested or reimburse expenses incurred to interested parties for response to this notice. Any responses received will not be used as a proposal. We appreciate the small business community, and the interest and participation in the IS&C requirement.
