- UFMS Source List RFQ from UFMS RFQ Cover Letter The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Metropolitan Correctional Center, San Diego, California, plans to issue a Request for QuoteRFQ#RFQp06101000003, for subsistence products. Delivery will begin June 14, 2010. The NAICS code for this requirement is 424410; the small business size standard is 500 employees. Any contractor interested in obtaining a contract award with the Federal Bureau of Prisons must be registered at www.ccr.gov. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts which they are eligible. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a written offer which will be considered for award. The solicitation will be available on or May 14, 2010, with a due date of May 28, 2010, 5:00 p.m. PST. The solicitation will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website http://www/fbo.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside (Numbered Note 1). In addition - All canned goods for MCC San Diego must be palletized. Contractors must be willing to deliver at off site San Diego locations and arrange specific delivery dates and times with MCC San Diego Food Service staff.
