- This notice was previously posted under solicitation USCA09R0126. Prospective offerors are notified that solicitation number USCA09R0126 is cancelled. The Government will issue the solicitation for Organizational Development and Training Support Services using solicitation number USCA10R0080 only, on or about May 25, 2010. No new updates or notification for Organizational Development and Training Support Services will be posted using solicitation number USCA09R0126. A description of the requirement follows: The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts intends to issue a competitive solicitation for Organizational Development and Training Support Services. The Statement of Work (SOW) consists of 3 major service areas, they are: Service Area 1, Organization Development Services; Service Area 2, Learning Needs Analysis, Design and Development; Service Area 3, Conduct Learning and Development Activities. The Government plans to award multiple Blanket Purchase Agreement(s). Orders resulting from the BPAs will be issued on a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Labor Hour (LM) or Time and Materials (T&M) basis. The period of performance will be 5 years from date of award. A Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on or about 25 May 2010. Prospective offerors are responsible for checking Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) to obtain the solicitation and any amendments or other information/updates pertaining to the release of the RFP. This is a Presolicitation Notice and does not commit the Government to the award of a contract. The primary point of contact is: Jennifer T.
