- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institute Englewood, Littleton, CO, intends to issue solicitation RFQP04031000004, for the requirements of: 4th QTR FY 10 SUBSISTENCE - National Menu. This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business, FOB Destination, delivery dates will begin June 28, 2010. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institute, 9595 W. Quincy Ave, Littleton, CO 80123. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. Faith-based and Community-based organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The award will be fill-or-kill, meaning orders placed that are not completed and shipped entirely will not be accepted. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government. The solicitation will be made available on or about Tuesday May 18, 2010, and will be posted to the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fbo.gov. Hard copies will not be distributed. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to insure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is June 11, 2010 by 16:00.
