- Description
- The scope of work consists of preparing existing aggregate surface and constructing a hot bituminous surface on approximately 500’ of access road and the Red Canyon Bike Trail Parking Lot. Work also includes moving an earth mound, constructing a gravel shoulder, installing one sign, and pavement striping. The project is located on the Powell Ranger District of the Dixie National Forest. The project may be reached by following the attached state map US-89 South approximately 7 miles from Panguitch, Utah to the intersection with the state road UT-12. At the intersection turn East onto Highway UT-12 driving approximately 7.5 miles through Red Canyon to the intersection with Forest Road 30113. Turn right approximately 100’ South of Highway UT-12. A site visit is not scheduled, but contractors can contact Paul Dastrup @ 435-676-9352 for an appointment. This solicitation is set-aside for Small Business. Price Range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Solicitation will be available for download from FedBizOpps website at http://www.fbo.gov on or about May 25, 2010.
