- Adams and Associates, Inc. in conjunction with its Prime Contract with the U.S. Department of Labor to operate the Red Rock Job Corps Center, Route 487 North, Lopez, PA 18628, Sullivan County is soliciting bids for the following ARRA funded project: Pavement Improvements to Center Roadways Bituminous Concrete Paving 24' wide Project to include: Bituminous overlay. This will include: a. Patching existing pavement failures (potholes) b. Resetting of roadway appurtenances such as valve boxes, manhole covers, etc c. Construction of a new 1" bituminous wearing course d. restriping/striping of the new pavement Total estimated area for paving is 61,250 sq ft. A mandatory pre bid walk through will be held at the Red Rock Job Corps Center Route 487 North, Lopez, PA 18628 (5 miles north of route 118) Bid packages will be available at project walk through. Red Rock Job Corps Center conducts its procuement activities in such a manner as to ensure full compliance with the govement's policy (Public Law 95-507) and specific provisions of operating with the goverment.
