- Description
- The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to award a firm fixed price contract for the construction of nine (9) pits and two (2) reservoirs. Of the two reservoirs, both are reconstruction of the existing reservoir embankment. The work is to be performed near Havre Montana (Blaine County). Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. 100% payment protection is required for construction contracts greater than $30,000. The RFQ is tentatively scheduled to be available on or about May 28, 2010 at www.fedconnect.net. No hard copies of the solicitation will be issued. A Site Tour will be scheduled; date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation. Response date for quotes will be on or about June 28, 2010. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 237990 - Other Heavy & Civil Engineering Construction. Offers will be accepted from all responsive and responsible small and large business concerns. Prospective contractors are required to be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA). Both self-registration sites can be found at www.bpn.gov.
