- U.S. Army Research, Development and Engineering Command, Aberdeen Installation Contracting Division, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Reflections Design International Pte LTD, 9 Temasek Boulevard, Singapore 038989. The contractor shall provide for rental of exhibit space. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 56190 and the size standard is $7.0 million. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 1:00 PM, Eastern Daylight Time, May 14, 2010.
