- RECOVERY: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This modification was issued against the contract GS-07P-09-HHC-0099 which was issued using other than full and open competition sole source under the 8(a) Porgram 15 USC 637. The modification was issued to change the airhandling unit from LPG fired to heating fuel oil fired type and to provide all necessary installation and modification for replacement of outside unit components to provide a properly functioning heating and airconditiioning system. The work in the modification is integral to the work being performed under the contract.
