- Registration Form Registration Form Foreign Vistor Access Form Flyer Foreign Vistor Access Form Flyer The National Data Buoy Center (NDBC) will be hosting an open house for industry on June 17, 2010 at Stennis Space Center, Mississippi (SSC). The purpose of this tour is to give industry an opportunity to learn more about our mission, the upcoming solicitation and our facilities at SSC. There will be a limit of three guests per company (no exceptions). In order to gain access to SSC and attend the open house, each company must complete the attached registration form and foreign national access form (if applicable) and fax back to Kurt Weilbaecher or Faith Smith at 228-688-3153. Once registration forms have been submitted, no substitutions will be permitted (no exceptions). US Citizens must register by June 12, 2010 and Foreign Nationals by May 19, 2010. All Industry Day attendees shall report to the Mississippi Welcome Center no later than 8:30 a.m. (Central Standard Time - CST) on Thursday, June 17, 2010. The Welcome Center is located at Exit 2, Interstate 10, near the Louisiana/Mississippi border. Follow the signs for NASA Tours. NDBC representatives will be present to greet you, issue visitors' badges and coordinate your entry into SSC. The buses will leave the Welcome Center promptly at 8:45 a.m. You will not be allowed to participate in Industry Day unless you check in at the Mississippi Welcome Center and board the bus before 8:45 a.m. The agenda for Industry Day includes program and solicitation briefings in the morning, lunch on your own, and a tour of our facilities in the afternoon. The schedule for the open house is from 8:30 a.m. until approx 3:00 p.m. (Central Standard Time). The draft Statement of Work is tentatively scheduled to be issued on May 27, 2010 and the official Request for Proposal (RFP) is tentatively scheduled to be issued on June 23, 2010.
