- Pr Number: IQC10020009055 FSC: 5315 Nomenclature: Pin, Shoulder, Headless RFP Due Date: June 15, 2010 Quantity: This is an Indefinite Quantity (IQC) Solicitation under Commercial Test Program Procedures. This procurement is for a two year base. The solicitation contains an option to extend the terms of the contract for three additional one-year periods. This procurement is for 1 item. The NSN is 5315-01-206-1468. This acquisition is being solicited on an unrestricted basis. This solicitation requests offers on a stock basis only. This procurement also contains a guaranteed minimum. Delivery is as follows: 455 days. The solicitation was issued on an unrestricted basis utilizing other than Full and Open Competition 1-U.S.C. 2304 ( c ) ( 1 ). This solicitation requires First Article Testing (FAT) Clin 9907 applies and Production Lot Testing (PLT) Clin 9910 applies. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
