- Publicity Center Special Notice for FBO (Pre-Award): RECOVERY: OS CER: PUBLICITY CENTER THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER GSA FEDERAL SUPPLY SCHEDULE “ADVERTISING AND INTEGRATED MARKETING SOLUTIONS (AIMS)", SIN 541-5. The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) intends to issue a Request For Quote under the GSA Advertising and Integrated Marketing Solutions (AIMS) Federal Supply Schedule, SIN 541-5 (Integrated Marketing Services) to firms who have the capability to assist the Agency in translating and disseminating comparative effectiveness concepts and content. The selected firm will create a Publicity Center to market comparative effectiveness research reports and associated materials to specific audiences, including healthcare providers (clinicians) nationwide and healthcare consumers (patients) nationwide. Funding will come from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009. It is anticipated that one award will be made for a period of three years.
