- Description
- This is a NOTICE OF INTENT for the Government to award Sole Source to Kinetic Data, 235 E Sixth St. Suite 4008, Saint Paul MN 55101. This sole source is in accordance with authority citations 10 USC 2304(c)(1), 41 USC 253(c)(1), and Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 6.302-1a(2)(iii). Kinetic Data is considered the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Award to another source would result in unacceptable delays in fulfilling this requirement. The requirement is for annual renewal of licenses for Kinetic Survey. This product will be provided to Bldg 444 6760 E Irvington Pl, Denver CO 80280. Delivery is no later than 30 Days ADC. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE.
