- NSN 1680-01-061-3809, Solicitation SPM4A7-10-R-1159, PR IQC10131009022. This proposed Indefinite Quantity Contract is for a Cushion Assembly, Seat Pan. The procurement item description cites P/N J114619-505 MANUFACTURE IN ACCORDANCE WITH MCDONNELL DOUGLAS DRAWING J114619, REVISION 'T' AND APPLICABLE SUPPORT DRAWINGS. This procurement is 100% Small Business Set Aside. Soliciting for an Indefinite Quantity contract for a base year and four option years. Estimated Annual Demand for all five years is 381 each. There is a guaranteed minimum of 120 each for the base year only. This procurement is FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. The required delivery is 68 days ARO. Surge is not required. Item is life support equipment. Government First Article test applies. Export control certification is required. Configuration Control applies. This is a Critical Application Item (CAI). This is NOT a Critical Safety Item. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies.
