- RECOVERY – AVA RANGER DISTRICT - DEFERRED MAINTENANCE ADMINISTRATIVE FACILITIES – AVA ADMIN SITE WINDOW RESTORATION (MARK TWAIN NATIONAL FOREST) RECOVERY - This project is funded in whole by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Restoration of existing windows in 2 office buildings, 1 warehouse, 1 garage and installation of new storm windows over restored windows. Lead Abatement, tuckpointing, siding, roofing, porch and wall repairs on 5 buildings. PROJECT LOCATION: The project is located in Ava Ranger District within Douglas County in Missouri AVA RANGER DISTRICT MARK TWAIN NATIONAL FOREST PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 70 DAYS from Notice to Proceed. A PRE-BID MEETING IS SCHEDULED AND DETAILS WILL BE POSTED IN RFP. ESTIMATE COST RANGE: Between $100,000 and $250,000. SET-ASIDE: This acquisition is set aside as UNRESTRICTED for full and open competition.
