- DESIGN-BUILD SCOPE OF WORK FOR CAFETERIA (BUILDING NO. 22) STEAM BOILER ABANDONMENT, NEW HOT WATER HEATING SYSTEM AND MISCELLANEOUS KITCHEN EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT The intent of this Scope of Work is to provide services for the design and construction of the abandonment of the existing steam boiler system, installation of new hot water heater(s) and associated piping and, replacement of the existing steam feed kitchen equipment with new and more energy efficient equipment the Cafeteria building (Building No. 22) located at the Sierra Nevada Job Corps Center..
