- The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) proposes to enter into a sole source agreement with Dr. Robert G. Easterling, 51 Avenida Del Sol, Cedar Crest, NM 87008, for peer review of NUREG-1475, "Applying Statistics, Revision 1". The objective of this purchase order is to obtain technical expertise in the field of mathematical statistics specifically with the nuclear industry and applied expertise, to critically review Draft NUREG-1475, Rev 1 and provide the staff with comments so as to enhance its technical accuracy, completeness, reorganization and exactness for use as a risk and reliability reference tool and its suitability as an educational and learning tool. The period of performance of this follow on effort is seven months from date of award. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Request for copies of this solicitation will not be honored unless the respondent provides evidence showing their capability to perform the required services.
