- Department of Veterans Affairs Network 21 Consolidated Contracting will be issuing a Request for Proposal for construction services of the Mental Health Parking Addition at the VA Medical Center San Francisco located at 4150 Clement Street, San Francisco, CA 94121. This solicitation is a Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business set aside. This is a Pre-Solicitation announcement only. Solicitation documents will be available in the near future. Offerors will be required to submit both a technical and pricing proposal. Solicitation will contain proposal instructions.
