- Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division has a Sole Source Requirement for a replacement Linatron-M3A Dual Energy Modular X-Ray Linear Accelerator with Varian Medical Systems, 6883 Spencer Street, Suite LV1, Las Vegas, Nevada 89119. The NAICS Code is 334519 and FSC Code is 6685. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2301(c)(1) - Only one responsible source. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. However, all responses must be submitted with in 5 days after date of publication of this synopsis to be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
