- Description
- The Bureau of the Public Debt (BPD) on behalf of the Housing and Urban Developement Office of the Inspector General (HUD-OIG) intends to award on a sole-source basis, a commercial service contract to ACL services LTD of Vancouver Canada to acquire the following onsite ACL training courses 105 and 291. This training will be provided onsite at various locations within the CONUS. This announcement is in accordance with FAR 5.101(a)(1). No solicitation document is available. If a vendor is able to provide comparable training to the ACL training BPD would be interested in receiving detailed information about the training. Public Debt will consider all affirmative responses received no later than May 21, 2010 by 2:00PM EST. A request for more information or a copy of the solicitation will not be considered an affirmative response. If no affirmative response is received that clearly demonstrates the ability to meet all requirements and that is more advantageous to the Government, we will make a sole-source award to ACL Services LTD.
