- Description
- The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the acquisition of one NSN 7025-01-440-7681 Keyboard, Data Entry under solicitation SPM8EN-10-R-0002. Proposed RFP will be procured on an unrestricted basis in accordance with the U.S. Army Communications Electronic Command Source Control Drawing A3137543. The only Approved Source is Luminescent Systems Inc. (14550), part number 06211004. This solicitation for quantity 350 each will include an "Option for Increased Quantity" provision. The Government may increase the quantity of supplies called for in increments of 50% or more of the original quantity but not in excess of a total of 100% of the original quantity. Delivery will be CONUS. Delivery schedule is 215 days. FOB destination is required. FAR Subpart 13.5 procedures will apply to subject solicitation. Offers will be evaluated using low price technically acceptable procedures. This procurement will be for a firm fixed price type contract. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
