- Solicitation QSDM-G0-100428-N is issued on 05/10/201010. This is a two year stock requirements (term) solicitation. Contract will be Fixed Price with three one-year options and an Economic Price Adjustment clause. The type of contract is an Indefinite Delivery/Requirements contract. This procurement will consist of twenty six (26) National Stock Numbers in 5110 Federal Supply Class (a variety of Cutting Tools). All of the item purchase descriptions are technical descriptions. The contract period will be 8/1/10 or date of award whichever is later-7/30/12 with 3 one-year options. Items number 9, 12, 13, and 26 are set aside for small business concerns. See Item Purchase Descriptions/Schedule of Items for individual NSN requirements. Delivery will be 90 days after receipt of order and FOB Destination. Offers will be evaluated based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Specific details regarding the LPTA method of award are shown in the solicitation (see regulation 52.212-2 for details). Vendor response documents, SF 1449, any amendments, additional fill in clause attachments (if applicable), Self-Certification Documents and any other required information are due by 2PM CST on 06/21/10 to the address listed on block 9 of the 1449 document. Please ensure that the past performance questionnaires are completed by your three references and sent via email (katie.norton@gsa.gov) or fax (816-823-3109) to Katie Norton by the date June 25, 2010 as stated in the questionnaire. Please refer to the solicitation for all applicable clauses and provisions. Note: FAR 52.225-3- Buy American Act-Free Trade Agreements- Israeli Trade Act applies to items 1-5, FAR 52.225-3 (Alternate I)- Buy American Act-Free Trade Agreements- Israeli Trade Act and FAR 52.225-1 Trade Agreements Act applies to items 6,8,9,10 and 11.
