- Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quote are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation F4D3D30126A001 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-40. (iv) This procurement is being issued as a Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 532412 with a small business size standard of $7.0M. (v) 0001: Rental 2Ea Diesel Generators • Two (2) Genset-Diesel, 60Hz, 60kW minimum rating • Duty Rating-Standby Power • Voltage-120/208, 3 Phase, 4 Wire, Wye • Alternator-60Hz, 12 Lead, Extended Range, 125/105 Degree C • Fuel Type-Diesel Fuel #2 • Diesel Fuel Tanks-Double-Walled • Cam-Loc Cable-50' of 3/0 AWG 90 Degree C per Genset-Diesel • EPA/CARB Tier 3, 4 Interim, or 4 certified engine • Meet particulate matter emission factor of less than or equal 0.01 gm/hp-hr per Title 17 California Code of Regulation (CCR) 93115.6(a)(3) for 51 to 100 hours/year of maintenance and testing SEE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK FOR COMPLETE DETAILS (vi) Delivery is to take place 10 days ARO. (vii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (viii) 52.212-2, Evaluation--Commercial Items applies. Quotes will be evaluated on price. (ix) Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items, or complete on ORCA website: http://orca.bpn.gov/ with its offer. (x) Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
